Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier delays. We ship to most countries worldwide.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at kimoanhhuce@gmail.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at any time using our Order Tracking page.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. Lifedec is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
